I'm a busy mom of 3 and have to keep going even when I feel I can't. I have only been doing the stop, drop, roll & smile protocols for a month and have had amazing success. In starting these, and really paying attention to my body and the signs, I have only had 2 bad headaches this month. For me, only one month in, that is wonderful and life changing. You have to do the steps and take the time to be aware, but it's awesome how well it works. The quicker you catch the signs of a headache, the quicker you can stop it from fully coming on. When I was first reading the book, I thought to myself, "I don't always have time to do this." what I learned is... I don't have time to NOT do it. Taking 10 to 20 minutes to stop a migraine is a lot better then taking a day or 2 to get rid of one. The time you give you save yourself so much more.
